Learn how Tai Chi can alleviate stress and anxiety.  Through slow, rhythmic, and meditative body movements, you can enhance relaxation, inner calm, and peace.

Attendance at all sessions is not necessary but those who attend regularly will benefit more from Tai Chi.  Wear nonrestrictive clothing and comfortable footwear.  Although tai chi is very gentle exercise, it is recommended that you check with your doctor or health care provider before starting any new exercise/fitness endeavor.
