The discussion will focus on how cameras measure light and the differences of the file formats. The discussion will be followed by a hands on demo on how you can manipulate light to creative effect.
About the Group:
Photography is a fun and creative pursuit for all ages, whether you use a high-end DSLR, a point and shoot camera, a cell phone, or an old-school film camera. The Steele Photography Group is a meeting place for photography enthusiasts of all skill levels to share their pictures and learn new skills. Led by Joe Edkin, a photographer with over 40 years of experience, each gathering will feature a discussion of a specific technical or creative aspect of photography, a hands on demo, and an opportunity for participants to ask questions and share their work. Participants are encouraged to bring their own cameras, but it is not a requirement.
